Do I need an account to order tests?
  • No. You can complete your order as a guest. Once you have reviewed your order in step 4 you will be given the option to continue as a guest. For the best order experience, real-time access to your results and more, you can create an account by selecting “Sign In” at the top of this page.
What if I cannot find a particular assay in your testing catalog or on your website?
  • At the bottom of our test list, we provide a field to enter in any tests that may not be listed in the catalog. We will utilize our partner labs to determine if they are able to provide the test on our behalf. In the case we do not have a partner lab that offers the requested test, it will not be listed on your order.
What is the status of my order?
  • You can check the status of your order in your customer account. Login here : Sign In
  • If you do not have an account, you can register by going to : Create an Account
  • Order statuses:
    • Order Created  - An order has been created, but your food sample has not yet arrived at Medallion labs.
    • Order Received  - Medallion Labs has received your food sample and is preparing it for testing.
    • Testing in Process  - Medallion Labs is performing the requested tests on your food sample.
    • Order Complete  - Testing is complete, and your final report is available to download.
    • Order Canceled  - Your order is canceled and will not proceed with testing services.
How do you report test results?
  • Medallion Labs tests and reports all samples on an “as-is” basis. Email is the primary format for sending results.
  • Our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will report your results in standardized units for the assays you request. The default units for a test can be found on the test tech data sheet and the online submission form. Alternative units or reporting per serving size can generally be accommodated. All your results will be reported on one Final Report unless you indicate otherwise on your submission paperwork.
Will I have access to historical results?
  • Yes. To access your historical results, you can log in to your customer account. Login here :  Sign In
